As the worlds leading multi-channel consulting firm for successful high tech vendors, we recognize that three of the main challenges vendors face today are differentiating their channel strategy, increasing partner profitability, and improving the effectiveness of partner business plans. Channel Enablers workshop program will help our customers address these key issues. Each workshop supports the other, however none are pre-requisites.


Workshop 1:

Channel Enablers’ unique and recently updated Channels That Succeed workshop introduces our ChannelPRO™ framework of industry best practice. The workshop is specifically designed for high tech channel and alliance professionals who are interested in optimizing their multi-channel routes to market; it equips channel professionals with the proven framework, skills and tools they need to understand and manage the potential conflicts, compromises and opportunities involved in optimizing sales through chosen routes.

Workshop 2:

How Partners Make Money builds further on the ChannelPRO™ framework. How Partners Make Money takes an in-depth look at how partners make money, how they make investment decisions, and why they will allocate a disproportionate share of their resources and attention in response to a specific high tech vendor’s value proposition. Participants will have the opportunity to run their own simulated channel business to see how the decisions they make impact partner profitability.

Workshop 3:

Planning For Partnership Growth is linked to Channels That Succeed and How Partners Make Money and examines how partner activity and investment may be influenced through more effective partner plans that are aligned with their business drivers and goals. Mutual understanding and business alignment are foundations of effective business plans. We examine different business planning templates and discuss how to develop mutually beneficial business plans that deliver the desired results for both parties.
